We do remember this guestHowever the guest is not narrating the whole truthIt is clearly mentioned on the hotel's website that there is limited parking and is not guaranteedThe guest booked this reservation with [redacted] and the hotel is not responsible for that website...however it is addressed to [redacted] alreadySecondly, we at the hotel get this question all the time when the parking lot is full and we always inform the guests that they can park on the street for free parking.....HOWEVER, please read the weekly cleaning signs / warnings posted everywhere on either side of the streetIf we were not practicing this then the hotel would not have this as the only complaint....there would have been many moreWe at the hotel realize that it is important for the guests to be informed to make sure to read the signs before parkingThe guest should not put the blame on the hotel for some thing the guest should have been careful of specially when they were informed of itNo one parks their cars on street and walk away without checking but apparently [redacted] didThe hotel did not do any thing wrong here

I contact the guest once again today (3/**/2016) @ 5:45 pm EST. Firstly I informed the guest that the hotel still has his money that he forgot in the room. Secondly I did inform him that we have tried to reach him to find out how we should return his money we ended up playing phone tags. However I...

did apologize to the guest for the inconvenience and he was OK with it.$200 dollars are being sent via money order back to the guest at the given address.Thank you,Anup
