Review: I was at this Best Western Hotel on Saturday March 23, 2013 for a birthday party in "The Bar With No Name" which is located inside of this hotel. I used my debit card to start a tab for drinks. Not once did they tell me they were going to put two seperate charges of $50.00 each on my card. I also paid the tab before I left. It was the next day that I realized that they had charged my card for an additional $100.00 even after the tab was paid. I called Best Western and the lady that answered was extremely rude and would not give me the owners name or contact info. I have called a total of 9 times in the last week. Only twice did someone answer and both times, I did not get answers. So here I am with a charge on my card that no body seems to be able to help.Desired Settlement: I would like the two $50.00 transactions put back into my bank account.
