In the first scan (Scan951) you can see the dates and the responses givenHer departure date was on the January 3rd, So she received a response within a day of her emailing the hotelIt was fixed within days of her being checked outThe charges were fixed on January 5thYou can see the second scan (Scan952)That is showing that her account was fixed on the fifthNone of the charges are for times the amountShe was explained in full the situation on the January 5th

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The Date I started to try and get this issue resolved was on 1/1/when we noticed the overage charges on my account, the issue was in fact resolved on 1/5/16, yes but we had spoken to three separate people(front desk staff) prior to finally getting through to someone of higher authority so no it was not resolved within a day, it was in fact resolved within a day of speaking with authority but not within a day of noticing and complaining,the staff was obviously not communicating with the management.I feel that the response was worded unkindly and I am displeased with the way that was worded,we are grateful that this was resolved and we were refunded but the response was not very professional
