I paid for our stay at this hotel. Almost two weeks after my stay, they charged me for the cost of my stay a second time. I called and asked for a refund. They told me they were applying it and it would be 24-48 hours. I waited two days, no refund. I called them back. The manager said it was the first time hearing about it and she would start processing a refund that would take another 3-5 days. As of this moment I still do not have my money back.

Refund I would like the hotel to put my $232 back in my bank account, our stay to be comped for the trouble iveyhad to go to, and for the company to not hold onto my card information. I would also like for there to be a warning listed somewhere, advising people to be careful with their cards at that location.

The guest is correct his card was charged in error, when Mr. contacted us on 2/18 we realized that a mistake had been made and we refunded his cc for the full amount. We explained to Mr. that it could take 7 - 10 business days for the refund to actually hit his account. I have also asked my front desk to refund his original payment for his stay. This was taken care of today so this last refund will not show on his account for several days.
