Response to Complaint *** Just two days to *** ** ***'s 01/19/stay at our hotel we had a outside firm do an Quality Assessment of our propertyThey are professionals trained at inspecting for cleanliness and working order of our accommodationsWe aced the housekeeping and will
be receiving a Housekeeping Award to post at propertyWe take Ms** ***'s claim very seriouslyWe inspected the rooms and found that her claim was unfoundedThere wasn't any reason for us to refund the roomsWe provided a service in good faithAs they stated they came down all packed and ready to leave the hotelThey were adamant about leavingThe event that they attended was at Treasure islandIf there was just cause, we would have most definitely refunded the roomsPlease note that during the last six weeks we have not had a complaint on these rooms

I would like to offer the complainant a gift card for the amount of her stay, $to be used at any Best Western
