do not disagree with the fact that if a death has occurred within a family unexpectedly, the family members of that deceased individual may have prearranged plans that will be interrupted and/or canceledAfter giving my condolences to *** * *** and her family for their loss, explained to *** *** that I was unable to cancel the reservation at that time because of the short notice and the type of reservation she madeHowever, explained that upon receiving and verifying the death certificate, our property would be more than happy to make any necessary adjustments.Please understand that this reservation was for January 18, 2017, just days before the inauguration of Donald Trump and the Women's March on WashingtonAs a hotel, this is a time frame when rates are high and reservations are nonrefundableCountless individuals go to extreme measures in order to cancel these reservations, including but not limited to, claiming a death in the familyAsking for the death certificate is not meant to cause än ädditional burden for *** * ***.Thank you for recognizing that there are two sides to every dispute and giving our business the opportunity to explain our side.Melantha J*** Best Western Rosslyn/Iwo Jima Guest Service Manager
Worst experience ever, I was charged on my debit card for two rooms after I already paid cash for my rooms. Brought it to the attendants attention and he Charles told me it wasn't his issue or his responsibility. I am visiting from WI and he left me with $1.57. I called corporate and they called Charles and he told them a lie. Tony was the corporate guy I poke with and said that he could tell Charles was lying because he was rambling and scrambling for words. He said I won't possibly get my money back until Tuesday or Wednesday but I have to fly back home Monday and I only have $1.57

Please see the attached document showing the local health department inspected the room and found nothing present at our hotel.
