Review: I stayed in one of the Best Western Hotels in the month of Dec '12 to Jan '13 (for a period of 45 days), and while checking out and settling the bill, I signed up for the rewards program and was told that I will get the Credit if points for the stay of 45 days and will be sent rewards program card and brochoure via mail in few weeks. Since then, I never received any rewards card, not did I get any email from Best Western. I then created an another rewards account on the membership page (id: [redacted]), and tried to add the details of my stay in order to get the credit of points, but I was not able to do it online as I kept getting the message that request for credit of points for past stay should be within 1 month.

I have thus far contacted Best Western 5 times, but they are not willing to resolve the issue, which is why I am raising this complaint with Revdex.com with a hope that you will help me in this case.

Review: The Best Western has charged my bank account twice for the same service, creating an overdraft situation and refuses to acknowledge that they have done so, even after my offer to submit to them an electronic copy of the charges they submitted. The purchase prices was $360.23. Best Western charged our account $720.46. The purchaser was my son who is a student and as his student checking account is tied to my account any charges or issues incurred to him by the Best Western Sea Port Inn also affect me.Desired Settlement: I am going through a closing process on a new home. I would like a billing adjustment to the credit card immediately, and a letter for the bank indicating this was their error so that any overdraft fees might be removed, and for the financial person who is working on my closing.
