Me and my girlfriend had interaction with one of there young salesman that goes by the name of TonyYoung and inexperienced he gained my trust then, stab in the back like a politician, He lied to me about features on the Honda Odyssey base modelHe stated that the only difference between the base and the Odyssey EXL that, the base model is only missing the leather seats, right signal camera and the sun roofI purchased the vehicle without actually taking it for a ride because I already drove the EXL Version and asked what I was missing on base modeI believed the salesman was not lying to me, by the time I got all the paper work done and ready to leave it was near 11pm I walked out got into the vehicle and drove homenext day I looked at the vehicle and noticed features that I was under impression were there like the electric doors ,push button start, touchscreen, home link remote system, volt power outlet, leather wrap steering wheel ,automatic dimming review mirror, touch screen, conversation mirror, climate control with humidity control and a few more options as well that were not on the base vanI went to complain tony and he tried to convince me that He told me specifically about the electric doors not on base model he did not mention to me and went back in forth me about him mentioning the electric doors to meMy girlfriend was there most of the time and witnessed lies we were told by TonyI tried to go above his head to finance department and then got hung up by phonewhen I tried to call and complain to general manager
