once by email and even answered his complaint online. I personally feel we have gone above and beyond for this guest. I truly feel if he was that upset he would of responded to my contacts. Since he has not, I feel he is looking for more free items by continuing to complain without contacting me. I called him and told him we reversed all his charges and that is our standard. We have NEVER had anyone complain like this. We did have Charter here and everyone was told about it. He was offered 25.00 at check out and when I found out about the situation, I refunded him all his money and called him twice to discuss.
