Best Western Transmission

Best Western does not honor their work. They replaced a radiator on my 2007 Suburban and it failed. Not only did I get stranded out of town, but Best Western will not pay for the repair. When I called Eric, he gave me the number to NAPA warranty. Best Western did NOT install a warrantied product. I even returned the damaged part! I am out of time, an Uber ride from Denver to the Springs, and a very hefty bill, on top of that I already paid Best Western.
DO NOT USE!

I sent my dearest customer (who is handicapped) with a linkage problem and her car wouldn't go into "park" [redacted] very quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and was a true gentleman with my friendShe was very happy and has been bragging [redacted] up ever since! My experience with Best Western Transmission was very positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone My transmission was done within the time frame I was told and [redacted] explained everything in terms I could understand The waiting area and front desk area were very neat and clean and I would definitely use them again

I brought my Honda Accord into Best West in hopes it would be a minor fixnope But, thanks to [redacted] (and the ***) the entire event was so painless I really didn't mind! The professionalism exhibited along with the orderly environment are refreshing! AND the fact they saved me a ton of money! This is the second time in the last years or so that I've taken a vehicle to Best Western Transmission - N Academy and I'm very pleased once againThey give a refreshing meaning to the word "integrity"In both cases my transmission received a good bill of health and in both cases there was a minor electrical issue causing all of my automobiles problemsI have had terrible experiences previously with other shops where their solution would be very costly though not needed, all to make a buckOne place saw a female coming and saw $$They told me I needed a flux capacitor for my starterThat's no joke folks! Needless to say, Best Western's honesty and integrity has earned my respect and all of my future tranny businessI highly recommend them to anyone who desires quality!

We had a very positive experience with Best Western Transmission near the Citadel The staff was gracious and went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle to the shop when it broke down Our vehicle is running great again and we appreciate the fact that Best Western Transmission had us bring the vehicle back for a free inspection about one week after the vehicle was repaired to make sure everything was working fine We would definitely use this service shop again

I am the office manager of a landscaping company and last year, it was a rough one with the majority of our fleet trucks breaking downWe ended up having to replace and/or repair the transmissions on FOUR of our trucks!!! *** and his team at Best Western gave us beyond satisfactory service, GREAT rates, got us in and back out during the snow months (our trucks plow as well) so we wouldn't lose any contracts, and I just can't say enough how AMAZING they all are!!! I live in Boise, Idaho, on April 2015 my wife, daughter and I decided to go to Colorado Springs to visit my sons and our families. Upon entering Denver and driving on freeway 25 I felt that the transmission started to go bad, bad as in it needed repairs, while driving it around town reassured me of something I didn't want to face, finding a trustworthy mechanic when you are in a strange city. My son told me that one of his friends took his car to Best Western Transmission to have his car worked on and how well and professionally he was treated not to mention their warranty, who would honor a warranty 1200 miles away from home? They would probably just give me the turn around and say "sorry guy don't know you".
Went back to Colorado Springs to pick up my van and, oh sorry I didn't mention it before I drive a Honda Odyssey, they told us what was wrong with the van they showed my son all the bad parts replaced after the job was completed and also they told my son about the warranty, 3 ye

Excellent shop and Excellent customer service, I had my 2012 Impala's Transmission flushed. Car is definitely more responsive! dropped it off in the morning and it was completed by early afternoon.
