Best Western - Twin View Inn & Suites

Review: Booked 3 hotel rooms for 7/4 - 7/5 on the Best Wester website on 6/21 in the evening. I confirmed all of the information, dates, times etc when submitting and making payment. However the website due to a bug booked it for the wrong days starting 6/22. I also did not receive any email confirmation right away. 2 days before my reservation date. I called back to confirm reservation 2 days before and was told that we were charged $369 for a no show on 6/22. I disputed the charge with my bank but the case went against my favor.
