mis- communication as to what was missing from the room and that he had requested blankets. The actual information I received from housekeeping upon my inquiry was that the blanket and the top sheet/comforter to the bed that was slept in was missing. My cameras don't show anything, either it leaving with him or an associate stripping the room for cleaning. I refunded his money as a good faith gesture but we are well within our rights to charge for missing items.
