Back on 7/25/2015 at 220pm to be exact hotel had an individual "[redacted]" came in to pay for a room for her guest and stated it would be 2 adults 2 children a 2yr old boy and a 5yr old girl, described them to front desk stating they were so...

adorable & the parents are also good looking and rambled off about the children and the couple, and even asked for a roll away bed/crib I did state since we were expect to be sold out due to a race weekend that at this point all I can do is put a request in for it, she agreed and signed for the room and stated her guest will arrive later on in the day that we would not be able to miss them, guest picked up the keys later on at the desk , we didn't notice until the next day when they had extended to stay an additional night, the individual that booked the room decided to come and use the facility as well with her family and have a get together at the pool, where it is only for the register guest and since we caught them using the facility and called their attention they got upset, and when confronting the individual that booked the room we also notified her max head count in the room she had rented was a head count of 4 she had 6 , she then included they had stated that to her when she booked the room thru our 1800 reservation line for fire and safety hazards, The individual that booked the room then stated that front desk allowed her to bring in all the additional heads to the room, they even called front desk to confirm the conversation and front desk stated the above statement, we did tell guest they needed to get an additional room we even offered a 50% off, and this point the guest were beginning g to get aggressive and they wanted to blame the hotel for the BAD things going on their everyday life she started to cry that she had just lost her husband, she started to make a sense, and when she stated that the phone was almost thrown at her? No, she requested for management to call her guest in the room which guest in the room had failed to answer 3 times in a row and the individual that booked the room said are you sure your dialing room 123 and manager simply showed her the phone and the number he was dialing too. The guest that actually stayed made arrangements for the additional kids to go sleep at the family's house and they stopped by and apologized to front desk. They did check out the very next morning with no issues.
