I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I certainly DID NOT file a complaint in order to just receive free pizza, but you couldn't even offer me THATI have already responded to Mr*** personal email and told him I would NOT be ordering any more from this store due to poor service even after complaining more than onceMy family loves Papa Johns and my children are saddened everytime we order and I just can't do that anymoreWe have lost all trust in good customer service from this store.

Review: Billed for room I did not occupy. Numerous calls to [redacted] at hotel and to corporate. They kept saying "we are working on it". Checked out on 6-7-15 and to date have not been reimbursed. Please contact me for further information.Desired Settlement: This has been a frustrating issue for me and the owner actually lied to me and the manager laughed at me. Meanwhile my account is short $445.16. [redacted] at corporate told me they could not reimburse me because Best Western would then "be out" $445.16

Due to the fact that this guest either stayed in, or had her name reserving two rooms which actually were both occupied on these dates by either this guest or one of her friends, there were several procedures that had to be followed designed to protect the financial security of all of our guests. Due to following these procedures, there was a slight time lapse in refunding this guest's funds to her.After the internal investigation, of which this guest was fully aware, we were able to offer her a refund. The refund would have been instantaneous, however this guest informed us that she didn't want the refund to go on her original credit card that was charged. She opted instead for a refund check to be mailed to her.We notified this guest on 6/23/15 at 3:00 p.m. that her refund check was in the mail. She contacted the Revdex.com five hours later at 8:04 p.m. to report that she had not received her refund, even though she was fully aware that it was in the mail to her. In fact, we actually brought her refund check to [redacted] and paid to have it over-nighted to her!In closing, we do apologize to this guest that there was a delay in refunding the money for her own reservation, but as we made her aware of this was due to following proper procedure and protocol.
