Best Western White Oak Grand Hotel

Review: This hotel is accusing me of smoking in a room. They charged me 200.00 so I called and talked to the manager and he was extremely rude to me and told me that I am a liar. They have cameras and seen me go outside and smoke I was only in the room for a total of 9 hours. I then called corporate office and they didn't even want to hear my complaint or let me speak to anyone. My 9 hours of time at this business has now cost me 325.00. When I checked in to the room I was not advised of there policies and procedures. My desired outcome would be to at least get half of the 200.00 they charged me.Desired Settlement: 100.00 refund
