The staff is very unprofessional and the hotels are indepently owned by different owners who have different values and objectivesThe hotel it's self credited me one night of three of the nights of which myself & my two year old spent in a cold room with no working showerThe best western customer service teams gave me rewards pointsThe hotel owner & staff could care less how my son & I suffered for THREE days not one in their hotelAs a business owner myself I understand that a positive experience goes along way & I hope that the independent companies are held to higher standards than what they are
