Revdex.com: The reason why we processed the refund was because as soon as the package was received Shipping Department forward the items to our Quality Control Department for the items to be inspected.Our Quality Control found no issues or defects on the hair. Since customer [redacted] complained about the quality not being the same as advertised the products were returned back to the manufacture.  Once the items were received by the manufacture a second inspection was completed, we informed the manufacture about the quality of the hair but they responded no defect was found on neither of the items.Customer [redacted] forward the pictures of the open weft but you can only see thought if the back hair is combed to the sides. These items came directly brand new from the manufacture, the items were delivered on 6/19/17 and the RMA# was issued on 6/21/17. Once again these item were inspected for the second time and no hair quality defects were detected. I would like to clarify that the style Lavender is a Heat Friendly so you are able to apply heat. Arom is not a heat friendly.If the manufacture would’ve detected a defect on neither of those two item we would’ve gladly refunded the shipping cost and waived the restocking fee. Sincerely, Best Wig Outlet Tell us why here...

I have attached way pictures to show the quality of the hair. The hair is scanty and curls are not visible as displayed on the packaging. And it clearly stated that it cannot be flat ironed or curled.
