I am rejecting this response because: when I originally had my brakes done on 8/19/15...I called John the day after I had them done telling him there was a problem with the brakes I did not receive a response from him at all I also left several messages and made several calls to him As I stated in my message to him, when I tried to contact you, you made NO attempts to respond to me, yet when I involved the Revdex.com I got a very quick response In John's voicemail to me he states he wanted to get this taken care of because of the Revdex.com's involvement Had I not contacted the Revdex.com John probably would not have gotten back to me at all p.S I have all his messages as well if you'd like to hear them

her, so she decided to get her brakes fixed elsewhereI called you, @ 4:30 on 9/29/so u can listen to the message that *** left om my answer machingYou told me to remind you in this email, that you heard the message Anything I can do to rid this from my record, please notify me @ *** Thanks for your time, John N*** owner-operator of Johns Auto Repair
