I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response by the writer indicates that he is a complete liar. Other than asking him not to be an as, there was no swearing on our part. As I said before, he was the most ignorant and condescending person I have ever encountered in sales so he has to try to put the blame of the other party. Being in the monument granite business of over twenty years, my wife knows there can be some variations in some products but many types of granite she sells have very little if any variations, meaning you are selling quality products., When you look at some of the pieces in the yard, there were no indications of such large blotches of rust. We thought this product had very little variations from what we saw and we were not informed of this. We should have been shown what it might look like or be allowed to pick our product. Mywife would not have accepted something like this in her business. I can recall in one instance where a customer picked a piece of granite against her recommendation, and when it came in they did not like it for reasons that she explained initially. Being a good business person, she returned the granite and allowed the customer to pick something else. This is how businesses should take care of their customers. My wife knows that these items can be replaced from the manufacturer within a couple of days and the cost is minimal
In addition, my wife gets complaints from customers if there are bird droppings on her monumentsRegards,
