BEWARE of this site...my mom ordered $250 frames and they just straight out burned her and took her money...SCAM SCAM SCAM...you cant get ahold of no represenative what so ever...reported them to the Revdex.com...

Review: I placed an order for eyeglass frames on October **, 2014. My credit card was charged that same day, and I also received an email from Best Buy Optic that my order (# [redacted]) had been processed and I would receive shipment within 3-7 business days.
More than 7 days have passed. I have not received my shipment. I have made phone calls to Best Buy Optic. My calls have not been answered by an employee, and there is no answering machine or answering service with which to leave messages. I have sent three e-mails to the company inquiring about the status of my shipment. I have received no reply.
I am now concerned that I am the victim of an internet scam.Desired Settlement: I would like the eyeglass frames I ordered in timely manner. If that is not possible, I want a credit card refund.

Review: On 6/**/13 I placed an order for a pair of eyeglass frames ($107.90), after waiting twice the longest estimated shipping time without receiving anything I contacted the company to find out what the problem was. It wasn't until then I was told that the item I had ordered was out of stock and no longer available. I was promised a refund. Then upon receiving my credit card statement I was made aware that I had been charged twice for this item ($107.90 x2 - $215.80 total on 6/**/13). They HAD refunded one of the charges ($107.90 on 7/*/13), but there was still a remaining $107.90 charge for an item that I had never received. I made bestbuyoptic.com aware of this and was ignored. After multiple phone calls and emails - none of which received a response - I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. Bestbuyoptic.com then REBILLED me $107.90 on 8/**/13 for this item that I never received and never should have been charged for in the first place. All of this while ignoring my attempts to contact them to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: I would like bestbuyoptic.com to stop attempting to charge my card for this item (that was never received). I'm also filing this complaint to warn any potential customers of this companies shady business practices and non-existent customer service. In 2013, when we trust companies with our credit card information, there's no place for businesses like this.
