I ordered three prints from Bestcanvas initially I was so overjoyed with them that I proudly showed them to everyone who came to visit My neighbor absolutely loved them all At Christmas, I ordered two more - one for me and another for her Prices beat *** prices all to pieces! I will be ordering again at some point I just haven't decided what I want to have printed next
Ordered two Canvas printsThey arrived horribly printedThe prints are pink (and one is supposed to be black and white and has no color information in it) and horribly over exposed washing out detail I have tried to reach the company a hundred times since thenIt goes directly to voice mail, then hangs up after minutes of hold timeI have also tried emailing several times At first I was worried it would ruin my christmas because they were supposed to be gifts, but now I'm just concerned that I lost money on these
I sent some artistic renderings that were in deep and varied colors and they came out great I am almost afraid to tell others how much I love this company- want to keep is secret and hog it for myself
Other than: NOT answering the phone; NOT responding to emails; NOT sending out order acknowledgements or shipping confirmation or invoice copies, this firm is a real pleasure to not do business with!! I've bought canvas prints from them and the product is pretty good...but the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced anywhereVery frustratingI've had it with themThere are plenty of other choices! *** ***!
My canvas was perfect! The colors were bright and eye-catchingThe product greatly exceeded my expectations!! Shipping occurred very quicklyOverall, my experience was extremely positive
