Mr. *** Im very disappointed that you even filed this complaint against our company, especially after you verbalized how happy you were with our jobYour timeline in your complaint doesn't match with the factsYou stated that in your initial complaint that your 12ft tape measure and a
jar of cash worth $were missing three weeks later but actually you waited three months to put the blame on usYou failed to recognize or admit that you had another company come in after us to do the remodeling of your bathroom because they gave you a cheaper priceIf you would look back in your records, we started the job on what was 6/25/for the kitchen counter topWe finished the job and you expressed how happy you were with our job, you paid us and we leftYou mentioned in your complaint that we chipped your counter top and stated that I told you to fill it in with a colored marker is a complete lie. We never chipped your counter top and I'm offended by your accusationsAs far as the kitchen remodeling goes the only part that was bent was the metal trim that goes around the sink which I have proof of purchase we bought a new one and installed it.As a matter of fact you were so pleased with our job that I received a phone call again from Mr*** in which he wanted to start a new job for one of your bathroomsWe started this new job 7/1/and after this second job was completed Mr*** was extremely happy with the work that was provided that he extended another job opportunity to come back and remodel his showerIn my experience when a client is a repeat customer and wants you to start various new new jobs that is because they were happy with the work and is satisfied with the level of excellence of service that was givenWhen I called Mr*** inquiring about the new job for the shower I was told that he wasn't ready financially and he would let me know when he was readyMr*** did call me back after two months to state that he had found another contractor who was going to do the shower for less moneyHe explained that he wanted to save a little money but would give us a call for other jobs that he hadI do not know the encounter Mr*** had with the other contractor but when our company finished our jobs he was satisfiedI do not know if he was not satisfied with the other contractor and wants to retrieve some of his money back from somewhere and decided to point the blame on me because I am a Revdex.com memberI take pride in my work and want to have the client have the best experience as possible in which Mr*** himself explained he wasNow three and a half months later he wants some compensation for something he accepted and was happy aboutLike I said the timeline matches up about how things are missing when if you noticed things were missing why would Mr*** call me back to do another jobAlso if there were plumbing issues why didn't Mr*** notify usDon't confuse my politeness and courtesy as being weakYour claim is offensive and deceitful
