Went online looking for loan and imputed some pertinent personal infoNever accepted the loan however they deposited sum of money in my act abs now are aching large amounts out of my act
Bestimate house denied my payday loanA few months later they randomly, without my permission, deposited $into my bank accountI did not spend the money because there was no information that my bank could give my from where it was fromTo date they have taken the $plus an extra $As I mentioned, they never had my permission to do this in the first placeI didn't even know who placed the money in my account, as they used another company, TeleBy to deposit the moneyI only found out who it was because they started to take the money out again

I accept this offer on these terms: I will mail in the payments of $starting with my first payment on June 09,
Second Payment on July 07,and Third Payment on August 04,2017, with total that of $and installment paymentsDue to this incident it has caused me problems with my banking so DO NOT TAKE OR ATTEMPT to WITHDRAW from previous banking information

I MADE MY FIRST PAYMENT OF $OF MY LOANED AMOUNT OF $AND MY NEXT PAYMENT WAS DUE ON 5/1/FOR $I CALLED TO SEE THAT AFTER THAT PAYMENT WOULD I BE ABLE TO PAY OFF THE LOAN IN TWO WEEKS THAN THAT IS WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT MY LOAN BALANCE WAS HIGHER THAN MY LOANED AMOUNTI UNDERSTAND MY FAULT FOR NOT READING THE FINE PRINT BUT I DID NOT GET A COPY OF THE SIGNED AGREEMENT EMAILED TO ME AT THE TIME OF MY CRISIS I DID A PHONE CONSENT WITH THE AGENT AND SHE WAS EXPECTING ME TO STILL PAY THE FULL LOANED AMOUNT IM A SINGLE MOM AND AT THE LAST MINUTE WAS AT A CRISIS NOT AN EXCUSE BUT I WAS AT MY LAST RESORTTHEY HAVE A RECORD OF ME CALLING TO CANCEL THE APPROVED LOAN BECAUSE I DIDNT TRUST THIS COMPANY BUT AT WORST THEY WERE MY ONLY OPTION I NEED HELPPLEASE STOP THIS COMPANY I SENT MY BANK A STOP PAYMENT IS THIS LEGAL HOW THEY CHARGE SUCH HIGH INTEREST?

This company did not explain fully on how their loan policy would work If you borrow $you will have to pay back $When you call them and talk to them about it all they say is that is the way their business is, and if you want to stop paying them you have to make a huge lump some of money And then I find out that they are not even in the US, they are in another country Someone needs to let us Americans know about this company and stop them from stealing from us
