This company, *** does not deserve any stars! It is a scam! I paid through paypal as well and they will not give me my money back. I tried going through my bank and they won't give me my money back.

I ordered a boxer welcome matt in april and it still is not here! It is coming from China! Who the *** wants t support effing China!!!!

I hate this company! They don't respond to phone calls nor emails!

I am so angry. Why are they still in business???

This business must be some sort of scam!!! I paid for my order with
Paypal and some sort of package was sent to an unknown address
in my city of residence. The UPS tracking number does not say
where the package went but UPS confirmed that it was addressed
and delivered to someone else. Some how these crooks have figured
out that UPS does not offer full tracking information to the buyer so
they can give the customer a tracking number to an item that is delivered
somewhere else. I will be filing a police report against this business.

I marked "1 star", but you all know they deserve to be taken out of business with "ZERO" stars.
I Just filed a complaint with my Bank and the FBI on my own experience with these SCAMMERS. I also requested to speak with a Paypal agent located in a call center here in the Continental USA (not another country) to alert them they need to pay a closer look to this situation.
I Urge you to do the same (especially filing with the FBI).

They Charged me $238.00 for two watches and I never received anything. The phone was disconnected, and they would not take emails.

I would say if you purchased anything from this website you need to file a chargeback with your credit card immediately! They never shipped my purchase and claimed that a UPS tracking number
was proof of shipment. However when I contacted UPS they said it was a valid tracking number for
an item shipped to a company loading dock! Because I was neither the sender or recipient of the package they could not offer me any additional information. The only way to stop crooks like this is to file a charge back immediately!!!

I agree with all the previous post. This company will take your money and NEVER send your purchase. The business appears to be a total scam. The phone number on their web site is out of service. Both of the physical addresses listed on the website do not appear to belong to this business. One of the addresses on their website is for a furniture warehouse in Florida. When I called them they verified there is no Best Deal Zone at that address. The other address posted on the website is for a residential home with no apparent ties to this business name. If you made any sort of purchase with them you need to a file a charge back with your credit card company immediately or else say goodbye to your hard earned money.

Scammers. They take your money and don't deliver. The phone number, email, and address are bogus.

Scam! They provide bogus UPS tracking numbers to Paypal, charge your card, never deliver product, never reply to email or answer phone # on website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

Scam! Charged my credit card, but never sent product I ordered. Confirmed with UPS that my UPS tracking number which showed that product was delivered was FAKE! Entirely different sender and not sent to my address, they just pull arbitrary tracking numbers in the package delivery area to make it look like they delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!
