No ma'am you didn't call the office multiple times to get a responseYou called and spoke with me and said the tech turned your dishwasher on causing damage, I told you there was no reason for the dishwasher to be turned on and that if it caused the leak it was not our issue to fixWhen your husband called his story was the kitchen faucet was left onI told you I would contact our tile contractor to have him schedule a time to come out thereI do not do the scheduling for this contractor so I apologize if it was not to your speedOur owner has offered to pay $towards the damage to the flooring near the sinkAs stated 10-min of running water would not cause that much damage to the flooringI will not argue over the jetter and what another company did or didnt do as that is not the issue at handWe had already told you we would pay up to $That is all we will do ma'am [redacted]

I'm sorry that comprehending the offer is troublesomeWe have offered to send you a check for $or to pay the contractor, we have not heard from you on this decision YOU must makeWe have battled this out for a week now between the Revdex.com message center, which in each message I clearly state our offerYOU keep rejecting the offerNot sure what more you want me to do from this stand pointOnce YOU make the decision we will either send a check or contact the contractor Again, we all know the damage was caused well before our tech was sent out thereWe have apologized he left the water running for minutes tops (which would not cause warping that fast) and have made a generous offer to help with the repairs of the warped flooring. Once again, when you make the decision on which offer plan you would like to accept I will do my part in finalizing it ***

We arrived at the property of the *** on September 8, At this time we were called out by their home warranty company for the kitchen sink not drainingWe replaced the basket strainer, p-trap and used the jetter to clear the stoppageLater in the afternoon the wife called to say the
tech ran the dishwasher causing the leak on the floorWhen the husband called later that day he said the tech left the sink running which caused the leak on the floorWe explained a few hours would not cause the flooring to warp but we would send a tech out to look at the damageWe returned on September 12,to run the jetter again for the stoppage and to look at the flooringThe home owners called the office multiple times before and after this complaint demanding new flooring in the kitchenThe owner of Bestex agreed to reimburse $We sent a tile contractor to the home to determine what needed to be done and the cause of the issueThe contractor advised us that the warping had been caused well before we came out to fix the plumbing issues at handWe are still putting $towards the repair but would like to make it well known that our company did not cause the issueWe also do not understand the complaint filed after the agreement between Bestex and the *** was made for the repair Warping of flooring does not occur withing 10-min of a leakSecondary damage takes some time to build upBut as stated we have agreed to put $towards the repair

I am rejecting this response because: We had to make multiple calls to the business to complain about the issues we had with plumberComplaint to Revdex.com was made after we were told by the owner that it was not their problemOwner finally agreed to send someone to look at damageNoone ever showed upCalled owner AGAIN about his "floor guy" coming to estimate damages and finally someone showed upHave not heard from owner or "floor person" since thenBy the way, the second plumbing company that our warranty company send cleared the drain in hour WITHOUT a jetter Apparently, this company is severly lacking as far as plumbing is concernedThe company and/or owner say they have resolved it, I have not had any resolution as of today, 9/28/@ 1224pm

Ms*** I have made it clear to you that we would send the $once it was approved or send the tile guy to repairYou keep rejecting the offer madeI will not send out payment or schedule with the contractor until you agree and the Revdex.com issue is closedYou may call the office at any time Monday thru Friday 7:30-4:to address any concerns ***

No ma'am you didn't call the office multiple times to get a response. You called and spoke with me and said the tech turned your dishwasher on causing damage, I told you there was no reason for the dishwasher to be turned on and that if it caused the leak it was not our issue to fix. When your husband called his story was the kitchen faucet was left on. I told you I would contact our tile contractor to have him schedule a time to come out there. I do not do the scheduling for this contractor so I apologize if it was not to your speed. Our owner has offered to pay $300 towards the damage to the flooring near the sink. As stated 10-15 min of running water would not cause that much damage to the flooring. I will not argue over the jetter and what another company did or didnt do as that is not the issue at hand. We had already told you we would pay up to $300. That is all we will do ma'am.  [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: once again, we have not heard from anyone from the company in order to resolve this matter. Company states they are willing to pay $300 towards damage yet how is this going to be accomplished and how can we trust they will follow through with this if they have made NO attempt to resolve this?

I was not in the office on Friday, I was unaware of the message. I will have [redacted] call you n o later than tonight. Seeing how you have involved the Revdex.com I do believe the agreement should be made with them.  [redacted]
