Bearings shipped back but no refund.
I ordered 12 bearings on the 23rd of Feb for $349.05 and the money was taken out on the 24th. I received the bearings on the weekend of the 14th of March and done a quick fitment check and they didn't fit. I shipped them back for refund and still waiting on refund! I have never had problems like this in the past from any company I have ordered from. This is totally unacceptable!

I ordered 12 bearings 23rd of February 2020 on which $349.05 was taken out of my account on the 24th. I received the bearings on the 13th of March and done a quick check on fitment over the course of the weekend. The bearings didn't fit so emailed the company and got a return address to ship back for refund. They've had the bearings back for a month now and I am still waiting on refund. I have never had an issue like this with any company in the past and this is unacceptable!

Ordered thermostat. They took money, but I never received product. Tried numerous times to call them. No luck. I would certainly not want to take a chance with them again.

Ordered parts and what was delivered was not what was ordered.Ordered Hay Rake teeth for a 503 [redacted] Rake on August 29, 2014 order number 6787. Received the shipment on September 8, 2014. Upon opening the box what was ordered was not what was received. Part was a single tooth and what was ordered was a double tooth. Attempted to contract BestFarmParts via phone, no answer. September 9, 2014 sent email to Enquiry as instructed by the website. Received a response almost immediately, quote "I must have messed up. I will send out the correct teeth tomorrow and a return label for the wrong teeth. My apologies. [redacted]" I have never heard another word. Sent email on September 29, 2014 asking for status, no response. Sent another Enquiry to the website on September 30, 2014. On October 2, 2014 I disputed the charges with my bank, I am waiting the outcome on that. Desired SettlementSettlement-well let me see, no settlement can ease the headache of trying to resolve this issue, the trouble that we had to go through to call upon friends to help us out because our equipment is broke and the parts were ordered and new ones never showed up. My troubles for having to file the dispute with my bank. A month later I still have parts that don't fit anything I have, no new parts to fix my piece of equipment, an angry husband. So for settlement of course the refund of my entire order including shipment (pending bank dispute), a shipping label as promised to return the wrong parts that were delivered, the ability to return at my leisure and a place on the internet to rate this company so that others have the option to see what kind of business they are purchasing products from.Business Response As [redacted] states there is no settlement that can ease her frustration. As the new manager of Best Farm Parts I send the F-2 rake teeth out today. I will also refund the full amount of the purchase price and shipping. I know this is not enough compensate for [redacted]'s trouble, but it is all I can do. I also promise that as the new manager I am putting in place a new system for handling wrong parts shipped.Best regards,[redacted] Consumer Response Just noting: I received a full refund, yet again was told the merchandise was being sent, yet again nothing has been received, allowing ample time for the products to be shipped and even if it were to be delivered via Pony Express it still has not arrived. Please let other buyers beware that this company can talk the talk, but cannot walk the walk. Refunding my money was great and should have been left at that. As if to add insult to injury don't offer up to send the products to show the companys good faith and not deliver.

I have read other peoples story's and my story is the same. They took my 48.76 out of my acct. but of course it was never shipped. I think its time someone does something about these repeat offenders. Debited account, failed to deliver items and will not respond to calls or e-mailsItems were purchased on 1/14/16, my account was debited on 1/18/16 and Best claims items were shipped then. [redacted] says otherwise with only a label created with no further activity since 1/18/16. Attempts to contact them by phone go straight to a recording stating the merchant is unavailable. E-mails sent to the "contact us" site are returned undeliverable. I ordered glow plows for my tractor on 1/17/2016I ordered parts for my tractor on 1/17/2016. have emailed them four times and no answers from the company. the order number is [redacted]. You shouldn't pay for an item and not receive some sort of contact. Their one number listed always says "The [redacted] you have called is unavailable to take your call. Please leave a message after the tone." Then says "Sorry, but the users can't accept more messages." I have left messages on the other number as well as try to email them. This company does not follow through on anything. False advertisement and does not respond to emails or phone calls. I placed an order for 50 rake teeth on 2/22/2016 the order number is [redacted] My account with them shows the order was processed for shipping on t2/25/2016 with a tracking number but when I go to the [redacted] tracking site it says this tracking number is waiting pickup. I checked my credit card and this transaction for $185.40 went through on the 22nd when I placed the order. I have tried to call the number on the website and the number on my credit card bill and no answer. I have emailed three times to find out where my parts are or why they haven't been shipped but no response. I really would like my parts but if they can't deliver than credit my card back and I will get them from a reliable source. On 3/4/2016, I placed an order on line with BestFarmProducts. The above order on 3/8/2016 is still showing preparing for [redacted] status. I attempted to send an email from their contact us site, and had it returned un-deliverable. I then tried to call the number listed on that page and it went to voice mail saying they were not avaiable. All I want is my account to be deleted and anything in a shopping cart to be deleted.Desired SettlementDelete my account and anything that might be showing in the shopping cart.Business Response Mr. [redacted] created an account on 3/4/2016 and placed item in his online shopping cart. Mr. [redacted] chose to you use [redacted] as his payment choice. Mr. [redacted] never completed the payment through [redacted] thus a completed order was never made. Mr. [redacted] never contacted me until yesterday regarding this and I told him the same thing. Mr. [redacted] should be able to realize that if his shopping cart is stating preparing for [redacted] that he did not complete the order. Best Farm Parts charged my [redacted] card $177.09 on 7-18-14 for 100 hay rake teeth. I have been trying to get teeth or refund without results ever since.I ordered 100 rake teeth from Best Farm Parts on 7-16-14, and they charged my [redacted] card $177.09 on 7-18-14. (My [redacted] card was compromised 5 days later - not sure if there's any connection, but another customer complaint mentioned it and since it happened to me also I thought I'd mention it.) On 9-5-14 I emailed [redacted] at Best Farm Parts & he said he was sorry - he thought the vendor had shipped them & he would ship them out that day. On 10-7-14 emailed [redacted] - still haven't received order. He said he'd drive out to the vendor that evening & ship them out the next day. On 11-14-14 emailed [redacted] again - still haven't received order. He said he was very sorry - it was all his fault - he dropped the ball & kept overlooking the order -said it would be done that day. On 1-3-15 emailed Best Farm Parts for a refund on order # [redacted] which I never received. I got no response. On 3-18-15 I emailed [redacted] about refund. He said he saw where nothing had been done & asked if he could send me a check. I said yes. It is now 4-20-15 and I still have not received a refund. I checked with [redacted] and they told me if the order was charged to my [redacted] it would have to be refunded to my [redacted] accout.
