I bougnt my house in 2002 first owner it was built backward from the other homes in the development.I was told it was because the electrical system was was insealled the opiset way .What ever that means .it was all a lie. someone did not know how to read the blueprints .It probley was someone from a trade school that was working on the house and the inspector turnd his back on the job.MY RATING FOR BESTFIELD HOME BUILDER IF YOU WANT TO CALL THEM THAT. Review: We purchased our home on March 2012. It was considered a NEW MODEL home. As of last year we are experiencing leaks in walls. Last year we pointed out a leak going down the

wall into the basement, which was corrected. Now we have a major leak from the Master sink into the basement. The leak is Not in the cabinet but possibility in the wall under the

cabinet as per told by Bestfield service people. There should be no leaks in a lived in house less then two years. The house was built in 2008 as a model.

I am told that there is only a one year commitment but my book show two on plumbing. I want to know who builds home that starts leaking in less then two years. I feel that

this repair should be fixed by the Builder that supposing build Green homes.Desired Settlement: All we want is this fixed

Customer purchased an existing Model Home, that was built in 2008, from Bestfield Homes in March of 2012. The Agreement of Sale was clear that the home came with a 1 year Model Home Warranty only. Customer signed 3 separate documents in the Agreement of sale that outlined the 1 year warranty. We sent our service representative out to help identify the problem and told them it was a plumbing leak on a drain line but that we could not service because the house was out of warranty. We gave them the contact information of the plumber that did the original work in 2008. We cannot warrant a house that is almost 1 year past the original warranty period. This issue would be considered home owner maintenance.

My family had a bad experience with this Bestfield. We had to filed a civil claim to get our security deposit back. We provided the court with evidence and got a judgment from the court and they still has not returned our money. This happened before Christmas last year and is going to be a year soon. The amount was $1,375. Is not right what they did to us and they think they can get away with it. Every that knows us knows how well we keep our homes, even our current landlord gave us a visit at the house we rented from Bestfield as a reference on how we kept the property
