I want Best Gear to issue me a refund to my bank account for the jackets less the return shipping cost. ($548-$12.50=$535.50)
 
I want Best Gear to update their Terms and Conditions page to include mention of a holiday return policy.

their website to display the specific return policy when "RETURNS" is searched for in their search field.OR
I want Best Gear to update their mobile website to display the Return Policy at the bottom of the home page.

I returned the product per the information in the Terms and Conditions website within the 30 day return policy. Unfortunately, there is a holiday return policy that is not outlined in the Terms and Conditions website and therefore I was unaware that I needed to return the product before the 30 day return policy.
I have contacted Best Gear multiple times to request an update to their website mentioning a holiday return policy in the Terms and Conditions website so as to prevent this issue for other customers.
