Review: We signed up for this company's insurance leads providing services in March 2013. This was a program that we would create an internet banner ad that the company would then place on various websites where people could fill out their information and we would then receive the lead and contact for possible insurance sales. We created out internet banner ad through our internal database (Allstate Insurance). After our initial payment of $1295 we have not heard another word from this company, I called the company over 6 times, left many messages and sent many emails (to which I have records of). This company has never called me back or responded to my inquiry requests.Desired Settlement: We are looking for our full $1295 refund of the initial payment. As well as reparations for our time spent and ALSO the fact that the $1295 spent from our marketing/advertising budget that could have potentially been allocated in other sources that would have resulted in business (profit) for our agency. Total amount we would see would be $5000. Thank you.

Review: I contracted with this company in June 2012 to buy insurance leads from them. I paid upfront $2190.00 for the services, and everytime they sent me a lead I would be deducted an amount for that lead. In Ocotber 2012 I was having problems with the service so I decided to cancel my account. I was informed I would be refunded, as per my contract, an amount of $1281.00. I have been trying to be refunded this amount, after being told numerous times I would be receiving a refund. As of today, I have not received anything. I try calling the number now and I only get voice mails.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund as promised. I signed a contract where it says I would be refunded any part of the money I didn't use if I decided to cancel my contract.

Review: In June 2012 I signed a contract with bestquotes4u, the contract stipulated I prepay $2190 and they would deduct from my account any valid leads forwarded to my office, In October 2012 I requested to terminate my contract and get a refund on the remaining balance. It was detemined the refund to be $1800. I signed various forms requesting a credit spoke to several people and to date I've yet to receive a credit. I spoke with [redacted] and [redacted].
