As usual, Bestland is lyingThis company is a fraudAnyone working with the Government knows that purchase orders do not take more than one month to a maximum of two months to be issued, especially after the price and terms have been approved, which according to *** *** they were.It has now been almost Nine (9) months and I have not received a single order except empty promisesIf you do your own investigation, you will conclude that *** *** is lying and that Bestland is a fraudulent company. I would not have signed up with them except for the fact that their EVP *** *** personally guaranteed that he would get me orders.Please see my Exhibit 1: It is the e-mail solicitation they send me dated 01/12/2015: It states as follows: You want Government businessYou need Government businessBestland will get you Government businessThese are concise statements, especially the last oneNote it says in the affirmative: "Bestland will get you Government business"It does not say, "Bestland will try to get you Government business"This affirmative statement by Bestland is a guarantee that they guarantee to bring me Government businessThis I know now is a statement and advertisement.After having received this e-mail, I called *** *** enquiring about this statementHe assured me that it was correct and that he guaranteed to get me Government business, because he said they bypass the bearcat red tape by employing retired Government employees, both from the Military and Civil services.Please see my Exhibit 2: This is the e-mail *** *** sent me dated 02/12/It states as follows: Congratulations!!!Yep you heard us right!!CongratulationsCBS ImagingYou have received an accepted quote on February 11,2015, for DHS.Bestland will do all we can to turn this accepted quote into a purchase order as soon as possibleEstimated Date March 10,2015Note: he gave me an estimated dated of 03/10/If, as he claims he cannot tell when the Government would issue an order, why give me a date? Why congratulate me if he was not "sure" that I would get the order? Nevertheless, today is August 27, 2015, five and a half months later and no orderIt does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that he was lying. Please see my Exhibit 3: This is the e-mail *** *** sent me dated 02/23/It lists the names of the companies that they claim to have brought them Government purchase orders. When I started getting suspicious as his promises had not materialized, I asked *** *** to give me the contacts of some of these companies so that I can verify what he claimsHe kept avoiding give me what I had asked for.Maybe you can get him to provide you with the contacts of these companies so that you can verify his claim yourself? I am willing to bet that he will refuse as he has refused to provide me with this information. And as for *** *** ***, he might be talking to them, but when I last talked to the President of ***, he told me that he had not received any orders that were promised to him by him by *** ***? Please see my Exhibit 4: This is the e-mail *** *** sent me dated 02/24/It lists the names of the Government Agencies to whom he claims that he submitted offers on my behalf. Please also note the Closing %Six out of the seven offers show 85% or moreThe first, (DHS, Washington 01/22/2105) and the second, (IRS Alexandria 01/26/2015) both show 98% - Waiting for PO (Purchase Orders)I am sure you know what that meansWhen I called him the next day, he assured me that I was going to receive the POs and provided me with dates as to when I would receive the PO'sPlease note my handwriting on the left handside:DHS, Washington: sl week of AprilIRS, ***: Mid-AprilIRS, *** 3rd week of AprilAnd so on.August is almost gone and not a single one of the above "so called orders" has materializedIt has now been exactly seven (7) months since I submitted my offers to him and have not received any orders I have asked him several times to provide me the addresses, names and contact information of the Agencies whom he claims to have sent my offers toAll he gave me were excuses and to this day, he has not provided me this informationIf in fact he was on the level, he would have provided me with this information, but the fact that he refused, proves that he is indeed a fraud and a lair.I have also submitted several e-mails where I have been given several excuses and the run around by *** ***. When he realized that I was on to him and his lies, he stopped calling or contacting me.Please see my Exhibit 6: This is the last e-mail that *** *** sent me on 7/06/You will also see my several e-mails to himHe acknowledges that he did not contact me as promised and sent me the "letter" which is the forecast with the Closing %He promised to send it to me that dayHe has not. I have not heard from him since thenFor him to tell you that he is still working on my offers is another one of his many lies.Whom is he kidding?Does he think that we are that gullible to believe him?Why has he not told me this himself?Why wouldn't he call me when he promised me that he would?Why wouldn't he give me the information of the so called Agencies that he claims he submitted myoffers for me to verify?With all the documentations and statements that have offered, both with this communications and the original complaint, it is very evident to see that both Don Stevons and Bestland are frauds. I request that all my communications and documents be placed permanently in your files so that future companieswill not fall into the same unfortunate situation as I have.I want Bestland to refund me the $9,that I paid themThey lied to me and have defrauded me of this money. They never once told me that they will "try" to get me government businessWhy would I pay them for "trying"? Every day I try myself to get business and do not have to pay myself

We have been on vacation and will re-open on August 3, 2015. W will respond by Friday, August 7, 2015.
