My wife and I purchased a new home in SE HuntsvilleWe have several dogs and needed a fence put upAfter getting several estimates, we contacted BL in mid October and emphasized we had to have the fence done by November 30th [redacted] , the owner said it would not be a problem We called several times over the weeks to get the correct aluminum design picked out and again, we were assured that BL would get the fance completed [redacted] was to meet us mid week so we could pay our deposit, but he called and said he would contact us over the weekendThat was the final time we had correspondence with BL or [redacted] On Sunday November 23rd, we called several times and left messagesAgain we did the same on Monday the 25thWe asked that he call us and let us know even if he could not make the dealineNo return calls were made and we are now scrambling to find a contractor the had given us a previous estimate to come outOf course it is the holiday week and nobody can get the aluminum fencing here in time so we will move over the weekend with no fence for our dogs I think I am more dissapointed that the company did not have enough courtesy to call us and explain what was going onWe are very understanding, even to a fault, but this was too muchIt has only added to the stress of moving into a new home I would never reccomend this company based on what I have seenThey were not honorable with their word and could not have the decency to return any calls knowing we needed to hear something from themThankfully we never got that deposit to him or the situation would be much worse My wife and are upset, but also thankful that we did not get a fence from them knowing what we know now

We called several times over the 6 weeks to get the correct aluminum design picked out and again, we were assured that BL would get the fance completed. [redacted] was to meet us mid week so we could pay our deposit, but he called and said he would contact us over the weekend. That was the final time we had correspondence with BL or [redacted].

I think I am more dissapointed that the company did not have enough courtesy to call us and explain what was going on. We are very understanding, even to a fault, but this was too much. It has only added to the stress of moving into a new home.

I would never reccomend this company based on what I have seen. They were not honorable with their word and could not have the decency to return any calls knowing we needed to hear something from them. Thankfully we never got that deposit to him or the situation would be much worse.

My wife and are upset, but also thankful that we did not get a fence from them knowing what we know now.
