As you can see, I requested packing services numerous timesMrO*** NEVER disclosed that there was an additional feeNor did he mention that packing materials was not providedMrO*** also waited until all of my belongings were loaded in his truck before forcing me to sign his paperworkAt that point, he made me think that he would not move my stuff until I signedI had used this company twice before and they worked much fasterIt is my belief that MrO*** and his worker took their time due to our earlier disagreementThey also packed up stuff that was already packedThey wasted my time

filed on December 16, 2016, by [redacted] and his partner used BestMovers LLC and our services in the past and expressed satisfaction with the services they received. [redacted] contacted my company on November 30th through our website with the moving services request. Also, he contacted me through the email and stated that he is looking for moving and packing services. In the email correspondence, I asked if the packing material was needed for the move. However, there was no reply to my email. Please see all the correspondence between [redacted] and myself attached to this dispute.One of my employees and I arrived to the location at 8:46 AM on Tuesday, December 6. [redacted] greeted me and asked me if I had packing material and the boxes with me. My company doesn't provide packing material unless the customer requests it. I replied to [redacted] that I sent him an email with the question if he needed any packing material but didn't receive any answer to my question. There were a couple of boxes available at the loading dock. However, after we all went to the apartment, I saw that we had to do a lot of packing and it required shrink wraps, tape, packing paper, and at least 20-25 boxes. Most of the packing we had to do were kitchen items, and they were fragile. [redacted] left us immediately. [redacted] states in his complaint letter that it took me an hour to go to [redacted], which is incorrect. I could not perform any packing without the material, and had to go and get it. The store is located 0.5 miles away from the apartment. It took me 15 minutes to get all the material and comeback to continue packing (Please see the map attached to this letter).[redacted] returned two hours later while we were doing the packing. The volume of the work was approximately for 10-12 hours. I worked with [redacted] and his partner before, and for me, the customer satisfaction is always a priority. Therefore, we were trying to finish the work as soon as we could and in the most efficient way. Please see the price breakdown below.
