I am rejecting this response because: when I originally had my brakes done on 8/19/15...I called John the day after I had them done telling him there was a problem with the brakes.  I did not receive a response from him at all.  I also left several messages and made several calls to him.  As I stated in my message to him, when I tried to contact you, you made NO attempts to respond to me, yet when I involved the Revdex.com I got a very quick response.  In John's voicemail to me he states  he wanted to get this taken care of because of the Revdex.com's involvement .  Had I not contacted the Revdex.com John probably would not have gotten back to me at all.  p.S I have all his messages as well if you'd like to hear them.

her, so she decided to get her brakes fixed elsewhere. I called  you, @ 4:30 on 9/29/15 so u can listen to the message that [redacted] left om my answer maching. You told me to remind you in this email, that you heard the message .
