Review: After my initial order was eventually declined after almost two weeks because the size I ordered was out of stock, I asked if they had a pair of shoes in another size and was told YES, they do. I once again placed an order, in the size they declared in stock, on October 30th. Two weeks later, I have sent four e-mails requesting a status or cancellation of my new order, which has been promptly ignored.I have received no item and my payment has already been sent, and I am unable to request a reversal of the payment as the vendor has listed it as "Pending". Combined with the uncommunicative nature of staff and their general lack of service even when they do, I have been unable to receive a resolution.Desired Settlement: I simply wish my money refunded at this point in time.

Absolutely horrible experience! I ordered my daughter a pair of boots for Christmas. My order was placed on December 11 and I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. On December 15, after my order should have been delivered, I received an email that my order was cancelled - no reason or explanation given. It is a very busy time of year, so I went ahead and ordered the boots again on December 15 with the 2-3 day delivery option. I saw the payment going through my bank, then it disappeared. I have emailed this company multiple times via my order confirmation email and the different email address given on their website for inquiries. I still have not heard ANYTHING back from this company. Today is December 22 and it's clear to me I will not have these boots. After Christmas I will cancel the order and purchase the boots elsewhere. Everyone else is out of stock, which is what led to my order at bestshoeonline.com in the first place. HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE communication, HORRIBLE business.
