In response to complaint ID ***. Best Tech Store called and said since I was not satisfied they would refund the money to my account. I told them I already asked my bank to bank to retrieve payments which were returned
to my bank account. Since I received full reimbursement, I feel this complaint action is resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.I do however question business practices used to secure services from customers, the rates charged are expensive and the website does not look like a legitimate business. I was also misled by their statement that certain technicians like *** to get software repaired was not true. I took my computer to a local repair shop to run diagnostics and virus scan on my computer and they found Potential Unauthorized Programs (PUP) on my PC. So I question what type of service Best Tech Store provided me.
