After a couple different companies, I found Bestview. Gary the salesman was efficient and communicative. Windows were on time and our only delay was weather related. Installers were on time, clean and worked quickly to finish the job well. Highly recommend.

Very efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Fixed my windows that were under warranty with another company that I could not get a response from. Initially didn't want me to pay for something that should be free from the other company but when I explained I was on a tight deadline, he came out quickly and fixed the windows within a matter of minutes and only charged a small fee.

I was sorry to hear that the company that installed your windows wouldn't warranty there product.. You should register a complaint against that company. I was glad to help.

We had 16 windows and 1 sliding glass door installed with absolutely no problems. Gary was very reasonably priced and there were no hidden charges. The entire installation went smoothly and was done within 2 days with no mess to clean up. Our house really looks great. Thanks to Gary and Orlando, the installer. We highly recommend Bestview.

Windows were removed and new ones were unloaded.
Right of the bat I noticed they were not the windows we wanted.
My wife and I both told Gary when ordering we wanted a tan/off white color windows and they were to be triple pane.
At that time since the windows were already removed we had no choice but to have the wrong windows installed.
Gary agreed to to give a discount but the reality is they are is they still installed the wrong windows and we are not happy with the noise and color associated with these windows.
We live on a noisy street and triple pane is what we wanted to cancel more noise out.
Also we discussed at great length about not wanting stark white windows.
Some time after we offered a greater discount acceptance and also offered a chance to Best View to install the correct windows but they chose to take the low road and stick with the original discount they offered.
Not how business should be done, forcing wrong products on customers.
This contract was signed on 11/16/17. The contract Mr. signed clearly states white windows with triple pane glass package. We started removing the windows one at time when we noticed they were not triple pane. At that point I offered Mr. a reduced price which he accepted. He later told me he was putting up a fence to help with the noisy street. I told him not to pay the balance until after the fence was installed to see if it helped reduce the noise. If it did not, then I would replace the glass with triple pane at no additional cost. Unfortunately, the only additional charge would be for the upgrade to the almond-colored windows. The fence was never installed. I called him for the remaining balance and he informed me his wife lost her job and money was tight. I offered to let him make payments. I called on 09-06-18, 10-02-18, and again on 11-28-18 asking him when I could expect a payment and then the negative review was filed. I would like to resolve the issue and I am willing to provide a copy of the signed contract which shows the color white was chosen. I look forward to hearing from Mr..
I signed a check up front for the window order, and there is a balance that needs to be fairly adjusted.
There was never a signed contract and there is a copy.
I wish things went as agreed but they did not.
Mistakes were made.
The High Road would be we have the correct windows for the agreed price.
We have the money so that is not the issue.
Sorry things ended this way but it must be noted in all fairness.

he came right and looked at the problem.about a month later
I had my windows and can already see the difference.warmth

Gary was professional, timely, reasonably priced and successful at accomplishing a difficult window job. At least 10 other window and glass companies told me that my old single pane windows were too large to replace and that I would need to redesign the windows into an awning style window. I have always loved my large windows and just kept asking until I finally found Gary. He checked with his manufacturer and said he could do it. I gave him my deposit, he ordered the windows and a few weeks later, he and his coworker came to install them. They turned out perfectly and I have loved them since the day they were installed. It was a pleasure doing business with BestView!
Bestview did a great job of replacing the hail-damaged high-end vinyl siding and trim and a second storey window on our home. Our home looks as good as new and there wasn't a speck of debris left anywhere. Gary and his crew were very professional and pleasant to work with.
