Phone response - I had sent the coat out for the zipper repair, they were having trouble matching the color of zipperOnce I get it back I don't plan on charging the customer for the zipper because of how long it tookIf they lost the coat I will pay the customer for it

I have the jacket here, I left him a voice mail as well.

its been 3 weeks, this is ridiculous plus business gonna be closing there doors sign in door. I want something done asap
