Bestway Disposal

We had Bestway for about monthsIn June I had called Bestway to update them with our new address and was told trash pick up would be on that Wedfor the next weeks we never had a issue with their serviceIn July we noticed when we came home that our trash wasn't picked upThat night I had sent a email asking why our trash wasn't picked up and how I never received a email statement or a bill so I also wanted to see if they had the correct addressA lady called me back saying I had a past due balance for JuneI had never received a bill via email or even in the mail to let me know this was owed also a phone call would of been nice since we were in the process of moving from one part of the area to a different partI did pay the money right away once I came home from workThey could of reached out to me first so I could of paid my bill alot sooner and not have a pile of trash.I will be cancelling.I wouldn't recommend this company

We have lived in Colorado Springs since 1976 and have always had Best Way Disposal. During that time we have lived at three addresses and regardless of the route or drivers we have always had excellent service. I have discussed various services with friends and co-workers and have never had anyone tell me of problems with Best Way, but definitely with many of their competitors. A good local company that I will continue to recommend to anyone new to the area or wanting to change services. Keep up the good work!
