Review: We bought our airplane tickets using this agency and our itinerary has our seating # together confirmed already but when I called the airline today they told me that my agency canceled my reservation and they booked me another reservation without confirmed seating (Cheap Stand by Seats without telling us).Desired Settlement: I want them to fix this problems or refund me and not lies to their customer for their own profit.

Review: I paid [redacted] $ 6500 in 1/*/2015 for 6 airline ticket from JFK to BEK for July and return in August, but yesterday I saw the news that she closed her business and post a sign on the door says that the business went bankrupted. All my tickets were not confirmed with airline so I will lost all my $$ that I paid her. Because I paid her in cash so I have a feeling that you took my $$ and ran away for good. I am not the only victim, there are more than 250 people who also got cheated by her and her business. We need our $$ back!!!!Desired Settlement: She need to neither re-issue my airline tickets or refund+ the difference of the airline tickets.
