Thus place is an absolute sham. I have bought three pieces of furniture there and bought them all COMPLETELY OUTRIGHT but they randomly have charged my debit card in various amounts. Every time I've called them to question it they just say it's a mistake and they void their transaction. The last thing I bought something from them was five months ago yet they still charge me for nothing. They did this to me for the third time today which caused my account to go into the negative. I wasn't able to contact anyone today bc they're already closed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

They store drafted a payment out of my checking account unauthorized. When I called the store to see who authorized the transaction I spoke with *** who refused to provide last initial, he stated I had been set up to n auto payments by a sells representative named Kyrie. I stated that’s not true he would never do that without calling me. Then he changed it to the system auto drafted it in error. Asked to speak to the manager he stated he is the manager. Then I asked for his manager and the next thing I know there was hold music playing in my ear. Then *** got on the phone and stated she knows what’s going on and there’s nothing she can do to help. I then asked for the contact number for corporate complaints she provided me with ***. Which leads you back to there store once you put your zip code in. I then called back to ask for the manager to advise she gave me incorrect number and *** states she was gone. This was within two minutes later.

I need Bestywa to STOP CALLING MY PHONE AND LEAVING WEIRD VOICEMAILS! I no longer have a bestway account nor do I ever want to buy from Bestway again.

Despite my multiple requests for Bestway to stop contacting me----, I get a weird voicemail today from a Bestway agent saying I need to call him back because he thinks I'm mad at him and other creepy things. I have the creepy call recordings used as their desperate attempts to make a sale. I do not owe Bestway and want them to stop calling from me.
