Good afternoon, Yes we did the sprinkler blowout and made a schedule date and time to enter into the home to turn the water off.  Unless someone turned it back on after we left, there should be no reason it broke.  Also, I would like to know when you turn your water on this season?...

 We had freezing temperatures this spring so is it possible that you turned on your water early or in April and then we have freezing temperatures?  We were getting freezing temps into May. Thanks[redacted]
