Hey There - I wanted to follow upon complaint [redacted]. As we clarified with the submitter, we had a keystroke error for a sale we ran. We had a pair of pants that were priced at $78 on sale for 25% off. When creating the ad, we inadvertently said the sale price was $58 instead of $58.50. We paused...
those ads that morning as soon as we found out about the discrepancy. We also offer free shipping on orders over $75. Since the sale price of the pants was now $58.50, falling under the $75 threshold, these pants were not available for free shipping as part of this promotion.
I hope this clears up any confusion on the $0.50 pricing discrepancy. We had no goal or intention of misleading our customers. Thank you!
