deposits that the claimant must log in and do on his own, the funds were used for wagering on our site. All transactions for deposits and withdrawals were paid out and the funds wagered. We have already paid out the requested withdrawals of $300 on 2-6-16, $150 on 2-7-16 and $65.90 on 2-8-16. The reason the claimant believes that these are unauthorized is most likely because they were done late in the evening over the weekend and didn't go through our processor until the 8th or 9th of February and were showing up on his bank side a day or two later which is not uncommon with our ACH transactions, especially if they are done on the weekends. We have discussed this with the claimant already and there is not a $150 payout that is deserved as the funds were wagered. We have all the required time stamps on the deposits as well as the time stamps on all wagers placed which will show that the funds were used for placing wagers or withdrawn and returned to the player.
