My name is [redacted] the owner and operator of Betancourt's Collision Center. I'm...
writing in response to Mrs. [redacted] who owns a 2005 Honda Accord. As per our conversation on 5-15-2014 about your concern on repairs (polish and removal of overspray) to your 2005 Honda Accord. Your door handles were not damaged at the time of our repairs, the parts had minor cracks on the upper part of the handles, the under side of the handles showed wear but were o.k. I advised the customer to get a second opinion on this matter from another shop of her choice. Mrs. [redacted] had another concern regarding her window tint which when she came in was coming off/peeling, which is due to normal wear. Her windows were not down at the time of repairs. Again, I told Mrs. [redacted] to get another opinion on her window tint since she didn't agree with my opinion. At the end of our conversation, I made it clear that this was simply my own assessment and she was free to get a second opinion. I believe we have done nothing wrong on this matter.
