He requested an extension which seller ([redacted]) provided; and then he requested another extension which seller agreed to grant if he made his deposit non-refundable which his agent said he would agree to. When we provided documentation for signature they changed their mind. Commitment was provided on 1-11-14, 10 days after contract was terminated by seller, and the commitment letter had conditions that should have been addressed weeks ago . Never the less, the buyer has provided a lender denial letter. I am confident I will get seller to release his deposit. Thanks
