I had placed an order on 9/3/for an eye liner stencil, by accident I had placed the order x and requested a refund which they were able to do because I had contacted them by email within 24/48hours of the transactionIt's been well over weeks and I have not gotten my product I had ordered on their websiteI sent another email on 9/9/with a tracking #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, that stated my shipment would be sent 1-business daysThen I sent an email on 9/14/requesting status again and I got an email saying that they will send a replacement order free of charge...with no status updates at all which I find really frustratingAll I want is either a my product I had purchased online or issue me another refundNo one has gotten back to me since then, all I am asking is my answers about my order or a refund
