Review: You no longer occupy your studio location at [redacted], and there was no notice of this. We have called and left messages on the following numbers: [redacted], and have not received any returned calls. We have emailed the following e-mail addresses [redacted], and have not received any returned e-mails. We have sent inquiries via your website: http://bethengel.com/html_contact.cfm?menu_itemID=[redacted]&load=html , and have received nothing back. After our first meeting in January 2013, we worked with your business partner Mike, for any questions regarding our contract and future logistics. We were also told he would most likely be the second photographer at the wedding. After several attempts to contact, he informed us you were no longer in business together. We had received a message on 1/22/2013 from an individual who signed up to use Beth Engel Photography who stated that there had been no communication and they were deeply dissatisfied with the service provided. You responded a month later at 12:12AM, saying you would call me. After constantly calling and texting, you picked up the phone. You did not apologize or try to make the situation better.Desired Settlement: Due to our concerns in a lack of communication and responsiveness as well as a concern of the viability of your business going forward due to the breaking up of your business partnership, and a lack of comfort or guarantee provided by you in our discussion last night; we do not feel that you will be able to adequately fulfill our contracted services. We request our deposit returned of $500.00.
