Received another bill in the mail I called to ask if they've resolved the issue internally but they reiterated their position that I either had to produce a copy of the receipt or be held liable for the $bill
I've attached a copy of the updated bill

Review: My complaint is regarding a billing issue by Beth Israel Medical Center (at [redacted], [redacted]) which is associated to the one on [redacted]. Last year I went to the [redacted] office with chest pain and they sent me to the [redacted] office for a series cardiology tests. Earlier this year I got a bill from them for $225 for [redacted], which I did not received. I have called their billing department 7-8 times in the past 3 months and asked for the charge to be removed. The charged has not been removed. I called again 2-3 time and asked speak with a [redacted]. I was transfer to someone's voicemail - left a message and no one called me back.Desired Settlement: I would like the charge to be removed.
