My daughter attended Beth Jacobsen School of Dance last year 8/2016-5/ The invoice I was given for my daughter Ella's year of dance had several errors on it Due to this I made an overpayment of dollars to the studio That money was left in her BJSD accountMy daughter no longer attends this studio I have requested that my balance be returned to meThe studio has refused to repay the money They are stating that I can only use it for classes at the studio I have all of the emails and invoices The overpayment was made due to an error on the dance studio's part As I said, my daughter no longer attends that studio, so I will need a refund of the dollars I am owed due to their billing error(dollars of the money was approved to be used for a competition fee.)
