[redacted] On October 3rd, I paid $to have [redacted] s senior photos takenAs per the invoice, this included a portrait session with 2-outfits, locations, and all edited digital filesWe had the session on October 3rd, and all went wellI was sent a sneak peek (unedited photos) that evening and was told all of the photos would be sent the following Tuesday/Wednesday (October 9-10)I did not receive a link to the photos at that timeI contacted Bethaney on October 19th to ask about the photosShe apologized for the delay and said she would have them the next afternoon (October 20)I again did not receive the photosI contacted again on October and received no responseI texted and emailed on October and received no responseMy last attempt at contact via phone/email was on November I asked for the photos or a full refundAt this point, I have received no responseIn short, I have not received the product for which I paid

I would not recommend booking Bethany Danné [redacted] I came across her at a wedding show and loved the work she had displayed so set up a day and time to meet with her and find out more information about herWe had our meeting on January 16, and she seemed wonderful so we made the downpayment to secure my date and the next day January 17, Bethaney, my ***, and myself signed and dated the contract [redacted] had a layaway option to pay for the pictures which is the route my [redacted] took as the package we choose was $2,900! As months passed closer to the wedding the payments each month were made like they were supposed to beWhen the final payment was made in April I started asking about taking out engagement pictures that being part of the package we chooseI got no response from her until about weeks before the wedding when we decided on a day to finally go take our engagement pictures! When the day of taking the engagement pictures came she had to cancel because of an illness

Business was contracted on March 6, to perform photography services for daughters wedding Business was paid a total of $1,as per contract Wedding was on March 18, Contract stated we were to receive access to wedding photos within days from the wedding date - we received temporary acces apx days after wedding after business abruptly cancelled meeting citing illness We have not received the Edited digital images on *** nor the X custom photo album as provided for in our contract package Photographers left hour early from wedding (only stayed hrs rather than as stated in contract) but promised a large canvas print for leaving early which has also not been delivered
We have texted, emailed and left voice message but have had no response to our attempts to obtain our goods

We hired Bethaney to be our wedding photographer In September of We first had communication and delivery issues with out engagement photos We our engagement photo session set up in October of We did not receive our pictures until March of In that period of time we did not hear from her or get any email saying the pictures were readyWe had to threaten to discontinue our contract and ask for our money backshe then promptly responded, delivered our engagement gallery and assured us we would not have to deal with this issue againOur wedding was October 14, Our contract stated we would have our full gallery in daysIn light of the holiday season approaching we gave her until DecemberWe received our preview of the gallery but nothing elseShe claims that the gallery was supposed to upload to her websiteWe have not received a link or anything that contains our wedding photosShe took a leave of absence for sometime between December and MarchWe then w

Revdex.com:I would like to respond to the *** response to the complaint. As she address in the response, she supposedly sent an invie to meet and view pictures on May that we never got,As a business professional who
knows how excited couples are to see their wedding photos, we find it quite odd that if she did not receive a response after several weeks that she would not check in to see if there was an issue with the email by following up with a text or phone call. Of course the reason she did not get a response is that we never got that email and when we finally made contact with her, we set the date to view pictures on May 27th. Of course we understand that she was ill and could not meet but were excited to finally view what we thought were proofs of the wedding pictures. We did download the pictures so we could view them and choose what we wanted. She did not explain that the pictures sent were the final edited photos. The reason we thought they were proofs as their are many similar pictures, many not centered/cropped etc. On May 31st , *** texted back to ask about the album as it had not been explained as to how many pictures it contained. She responded back and on June 8th *** sent in her chosen images. After that We did not hear anythingmore back from her. As you can see *** tried texting her on June 19th, Juuly 1st and July 8th. I also texted, emailed and called Bethaney as to the status of the album and *** drive. She addresses sending out the album link 6/9, 7/1and 7/11. Again never received anything from her. Common sense would dicate that if you are sending out a link but receving phone calls and texts that we are waiting on the mock up and would like to talk to you that something is wrong and to call your clients. We have no problem with the hours of coverage and did agree to a canvas portrait in exchange for leaving hour early - I simply put that into the complaint because it was not listed in the original package price.Regarding communication, we contracted Bethaney's services a year in advance of the wedding and it is in no way our fault that she is trying to run businesses with little to no help. We of course sympathize with her mothers condition *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** We are not unsympathetic people and of course realize we are not her only client, however if she had simply returned text, email or phone call this all could have been avoided and we would not have felt the need to contact you
With all this being said of course we accept her offer as all we want are the priceless pictures and items agreed upon in the contract
We have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to *** ** ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

Photographer took pictures at my wedding on July 1, Our contract called for her to deliver a USB drive with files of all the pictures to be delivered within days of the wedding, which would have been August 15, As of December 1, I have not received the USB drive I have attempted to contact Bethaney Martin, photographer and owner on numerous occasions and have been promised delivery of the USB drive As of this date, it has not been delivered

It has been months since our wedding and we are still being ghosted by BethaneyShe has not responded to my calls or emails in over two months, and she still owes us product that we have already paid her for
Everything went fine the day of the wedding, and we got our preview photos about a month after the wedding - we thought, great! And then she went silent for over two monthsI asked some friends in town that are in the photography business if they had heard from her - and we heard many stories about how she has done this to clients multiple times, will ghost for weeks or months and just not respond, and then claim some family emergencyOthers told us that she has changed her business name several times over the years, presumably to hide bad reviews from previous clients
Finally, when she responded to us, claimed that she thought she had gotten our full gallery to us, and blamed it all on some assistant we'd never metShe has made promises to give us credits to make up

Bethaney Danne' Photography was hired to photograph my daughter's wedding on 10/7/ Agreed payment was made in full before said date Contract states pictures to be delivered within days To date, 1/15/18, wedding pictures have not been received, nor has MsDanne' made attempts to contact or correct the situation
